The Rev. Tim Howe
Rector
The Rev. Tim Howe was born in Washington, DC, and grew up in Springfield / Annadale / Fairfax in northern Virginia. A graduate of the College of William and Mary, he met and married the love of his life, Kim, at Church of the Apostles, Fairfax.
He attended both Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Trinity Episcopal School for ministry (now Trinity Anglican Seminary) graduating from the latter with a Master of Divinity degree.
He served several churches in Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee before returning to Virginia. After the formation of the ACNA, he served for a time as rector of Christ our Lord Church in Lake Ridge. For the last several years, he has taught the adult Sunday School for Truro Anglican Church in Fairfax as an adjunct priest to that parish.
He has done pulpit supply work throughout the Diocese of the Mid-Atlantic, and for the last nine years, served on staff with the Diocese, assisting the Canon for Church Planting and administering several teams of intercessors for needs around the Diocese.
He and Kim have four wonderful, grown children, and are the blessed grandparents of a growing herd of grandchildren.
Tim+ is a firm believer in the power of God to work in our lives through prayer and has seen Him do just that many times.
He invites you to join us as we seek God together as a church and a community of faith.
